Beginning in 2023 Dues paying members of Ancient City Astronomy Club (ACAC) and Northeast Florida Astronomical Society (NEFAS) have access to a private forum to discuss all things related to Astronomy.

The Ancient City Astronomy Club meets indoors at 4:00pm for dinner and 5:00pm for meeting usually on the 2nd Sunday of each month at:

All are Welcome!  Please note that the first dark hour of each event is dedicated to public education and then club members and friends focus on their observational and peer projects.  Parties are held at Matanzas Inlet and St Johns County Fairgrounds depending on weather and observation conditions.  Please join the ACAC mailing list to be informed on the day where the event will be held.

Setting up for a Star Party at Fort Matanzas Inlet.  Monthly star parties are held in which members have the opportunity to view through shared telescopes and learn naked eye and binocular astronomy from veteran skywatchers.
